Windows 8 does not has Start menu button.
Classic Shell is a freeware which can bring back Start menu button in Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 (supports 32 and 64-bit version) and also can skip Metro screen when boot up.
StartW8 is also another alternative.

I am just surprise that why there is no start button for Windows 8? Without this, windows look boring..
